Information is required to enable Sashless Windows to honour your joinery warranty.

Please refer to your warranty documentation.

Items marked * are supply only from the start of year 2 - 10. Handles, hinges, restrictors and other ironmongery items over 1 year old are replaced on an exchange basis ie We will invoice for a replacement part, upon receipt of your faulty part we will refund your payment.

Mechanical damage and wear & tear is excluded, the carriage cost of returning your item to Sashless is excluded.

For glass claims we may require photographic evidence. We will contact you if this is the case soon after you submit the warranty claim information
